Typically for acquisition, we will consider existing student housing developments built after 2015.

Campus Developments is open to considering joint investment or co-development opportunities in desirable locations. Transactions can be flexible ranging from cash full buyouts to majority equity ownership, and we may consider taking on existing financing, seller financing or joint-venture arrangements.
