Campus Developments’ portfolio acquisition team identifies and sources existing residences near post secondary institutions that are growing in capacity. The company’s approach to deal sourcing involves stringent market analysis and projections based on historical data and future promise. Typically for acquisition, we will consider existing student housing developments built after 2015.



Campus Developments is continually seeking investment opportunities near Canadian universities and other post secondary institutions that can add value to its portfolio.

Campus Developments is open to considering joint investment or co-development opportunities in desirable locations. Transactions can be flexible ranging from cash full buyouts to majority equity ownership, and we may consider taking on existing financing, seller financing or joint-venture arrangements.
