The 25,000 sq. ft. retail area in the development will include targeted commercial tenants to serve the 1,410 students in the development, 3,000 corporate employees that work across the street in a major business park including Canada Post, Health Canada, Canada Revenue Agency, 800 high school students at the adjacent Brookfield High School and the 20,000 neighborhood residents (located within 2km of the development).
